The first concert will be June 28th in Pittsburgh, with Chicago (June 30) and Cincinnati (Aug. 2) to follow, Tickets go on sale April 2nd.

It’s that time of year again, to celebrate “The Weather Is Here”.

A phlocking is planned for Saturday March 24, 4-8 pm at Randy’s Grill & Chill  (49 and Holdrege).
The Craig D. Dodge Memorial Park in Hickman will be our charity, for the event.
Memorials will be sent to Lancaster County Sheriff’s Association, in honor of Craig Dodge,
The Grill & Chill will have a burger and fries special $2.99
Landshark’s for $2.50 and margarita’s for $4.00.
As always, this is when we hold our annual “ugly” Hawaiian shirt contest. Prizes will be awarded.
There will be a raffle basket drawing and other items.
An LRC game may break out, for those of us who love the game.  A one dollar donation to buy into the game for the day.
Come, meet some of our newest members and those who only get out in the afternoon.

April 14th.

The last time Jimmy had a paying gig in Omaha was Aug. 12, 1985, it only took 26 plus years but we ae very excited to have him back.  

Currently our little Lincoln club has 98 Parrot Heads Plocking to Omaha for the phun and games in Old Town and Quest Center.

Applebee’s and the Corn Republic will have handbills that can be attached to an individual’s bill.  A percentage of the bill will be used for the check to be given to M-a-W.  We will be able to give the handbills to club members and any of our other friends.  We do not have all of the details worked out at this point, but please plan to start your weekend early on the 13th.  The happy hour at Applebee’s starts early, 3 pm, and goes to 6 pm.  You may stay as late as you wish.  All the bills with the handbill attached will count for the donation check.

Q: Who can attend the Meeting Of The Minds Convention?
A: Any member in good standing of a Parrot Heads In Paradise, Inc. chartered, official Parrot Head Club. You must be a member before registering including during the time period of the convention. For the purposes of the MOTM Convention, “members in good standing” are those club members that have their dues paid in full thru the dates of the convention.

Q: What happens if after I register I find out I cannot come to the convention?
A: There are NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS OF REGISTRATION FEES. All proceeds from the convention registration fees go to PHIP Charities. You have two options. The first and BEST OPTION. Have a friend pick up your goodie bag with ALL the items except your credential (which will be mailed after the convention). The second option is that your credential will be mailed after the convention
